Paleo Pumpkin Spice Energy Balls
Oats, protein powder, pumpkin puree, almond butter, chocolate, honey, and warm spices make up these no-bake snack balls.

In a stand mixer bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix briefly.
Add the wet ingredients and chocolate, and mix for 1-2 minutes or until well-combined.
Roll the balls into 1" spheres and chill for up to a week in an airtight container.
