A Paleo diet, according to Wikipedia, is the “sole or predominant eating of foods presumed to have been available to humans during the Paleolithic era.” One reason for this shift is for health benefits, implying that removing items from one’s diet can improve the immune system, inflammatory issues, and aid with digestion and general well-being.
Here at Primal Junction, I aim to provide modifications of gluten-free or Paleo diet requirements to fit additional needs.
